JAEGER LeCOULTRE Unteroffizier Standard Watch cal.463/A

  1. Is it true that JLC made watches for both camps? British and German? Wouldn't surprise me, as Rolex gave watches to captured allied officers, but also provided cases and movements for italian and german assault divers sold by Panerai. Any more info?

  2. There is plenty of info about it on the web. The most famous id story of Dirty Dozen British watches, and one of them was JLC. There are books about Grman Military watches and they tell the story of JLCs supplied to the German troops. Business is business I guess.
